FIRE & ICE FESTIVAL
February 7, 2026
LET'S HAVE A BLAST!
Celebrate Redwood Falls invites you to come and have a blast on Lake Redwood on Saturday, February 7 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Fire & Ice Festival! Enjoy free activities and food for all ages! Bring your skates to enjoy the ice on a rink or follow the cleared trail upriver. Pick up your hot dog, s’mores kit and hot beverage and gather round one of the many bonfires. Get in on mini golf, broom ball, bean bag, Bobski racing (chairs on skis) and other games. Take a walk along the Tiki Torch Trail or jump in line at the Cornerstone Church sled rides to explore more of the Redwood River. For the big finale, we’re going to shake the lake again with a fireworks show at 8:00pm! No matter how you look at it, it’s a COOL way to spend your night!
Organizers hope to see everyone out on the ice enjoying the many activities and would like to thank all of our sponsors who make this event possible including Cornerstone Church, MN Valley Snow Riders Club, Northwest Drywall, and S&S Rental. This is the twelfth year of the Fire & Ice Festival on Lake Redwood. For additional updates, like and follow Celebrate Redwood Falls on Facebook at www.facebook.com/CelebrateRWF!
We get asked "Why only 3 nights?" a lot. It's spring, everything is growing fast--this year especially. Look at the leaves and the grass. Now imagine what that will look like in another 2 weeks on opening night. The park staff have already mown along the trails once this year--everything is popping! A light show in winter has a whole other set of problems but one thing it doesn't battle is visibility! Lights need to shine!!! Leaves block the view of the lights, growth along the trails tangles up in the lights. We try to take advantage of our narrow window to maximize visibility and going two weekends is pushing it with Mother Nature. Hopefully you can make one (or more) night to see Ramsey Park in over 500,000 bright lights during the event. We're decorating a couple of new areas and adding lights to others! Come explore the park in the dark May 7-9 (Thurs-Sat)! NightFalls at Ramsey Park May 7-9 from 8:30-11:00pm #RamseyPark #RedwoodArea #ExploretheParkintheDark #NightFalls #CRWF
